Description
Portrait of a saker (hurr) falcon belonging to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party in the sands surrounding Al Ain. A saker falcon perches on a mangalah (cuff) on on a falconer's arm (only the man's arm and knee are inside the frame). The mangalah is made of cloth and edged with leather. A sand dune fills the background.
