View of locals strolling through a suq (market) in the city of Sharjah. In the foreground three men walk through a market aisle across a number of large pieces of fabric laid on the floor. A man crouches on the fabric in the centre of the aisle. To his left another man stands on a raised platform in front of a door. In the background people stand and chat in the market.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
