Description

View of the stone watchtower at Al Maqta, a ford between Abu Dhabi and the mainland. In the near distance a tall circular stone watchtower sits in the middle of an expanse of flat water. Behind the watchtower, in the far distance, men lead caravans of camels through the water.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
