Portrait of an Arab falconer, a retainer in Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party, riding a camel with a falcon in the sands surrounding Al Ain. A falconer wearing a ghutra (headscarf) and a thobe (long shirt) topped with a cartridge belt kneels atop a tall camel. The falconer carries a hooded falcon on a mangalah (cuff) on his arm and steers the camel by its head rope with his other hand. The camel stands in profile on a sand dune, facing towards the right.
