View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party making camp in the Wadi al 'Ayn during their journey towards the Ramlat al Ghirbaniyat. In the near left distance three of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions unload camels in the shelter of a few large bushes in the midst of a flat plain. On the right a forth member of the party leads a camel between two tall bushes. In the far background small tufts of vegetation grow scattered across the plain, which stretches out to the far horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
