Description
View of three members of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party at a well in the Wadi 'Andam, possibly Al Jiza well. On the left Salim bin Kabina, a tribesman of the Bayt Imani lineage of Rashid Bedouin, stands holding a camel by its head rope. In the centre another member of the party stands in the well while a second man looks on. Nearby three camels wait for water on the right.
