Description
Close up view of the bow of a sambuk moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. In the central foreground the bow of a sambuk, a large double masted dhow (sailboat) with a upright pointed bow, sits in flat water rippled by gentle waves. Behind it on the left another dhow sits in the water. In the far distance trees line the shore along the horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
