Description
Standing half length portrait of Salim bin Ham, one of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's Bedouin retainers, in the sands surrounding Al Ain. Salim bin Ham stands facing forward, holding a rifle against his side. He wears a khanjar (dagger) on a cartridge belt over his thobe (shirt) and a large headscarf. Behind him, on the left, a desiccated tree grows in the sand.
