Description
Seated portrait of a Bedouin tribesman and a boy in the Ramlat ar Rabbad sands. A Bedouin man sits in the sand with a young boy. The man wears a thobe (shirt) and a patterned headscarf topped with an 'agal (head rope). The boy sitting next to him has his hand on the man's leg and is turned to the left. The boy's head is loosely covered with a headscarf and he holds a bone in one hand.
