Description

View of dhows (sailboats) moored in Dubai Creek. An area of flat open water in the foreground is crossed by a thick mooring rope attached to a large dhow. On the left many more dhows are moored in shallow water or beached on the sandy banks of the creek. In the background a few single storey houses and a large two storey house with tall windows sit on the sand a bit back from the creek. In the far distance on the right more houses are visible on the far side of the creek.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
