Description
Portrait of two Wahiba Bedouin at Buraymah well in the Wadi Halfayn. In the foreground a man in a wraparound skirt and a girl in long robes stand at the opening of a well. The man is hauling water from the well, and the woman holds a length of rope. The woman wears a silver disc on her forehead and has braided hair. In the distance beyond a flat plain of sand is bordered by a line of trees in the far background.
