Description
View of two of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling companions watering a camel at a well north of Al Ain oasis. The well lies beneath a wooden frame made of tied wood, and is edged with stones and thick branches. The two men stand to the right of the well. One of the men holds a leather bucket filled with water out towards a large camel that is waiting at the far left. In the distance beyond large ghaf trees grow on a low ridge.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
