Description

Portrait of Hamad bin Saadna (known by Wilfred Thesiger as Hamad bin Hanna), a tribesman of the Bayt Hanna lineage of Rashid Bedouin in the Ramlat ar Rabbad. He kneels in the sand, holding on to the head rope of a camel couched beside him.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
