Description
Side view of a dhow (sailboat) moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. A dhow, possibly a boom, is moored in the sea facing into the left distance. The dhow has two masts, and the stern deck is covered with a cloth canopy. The sea around the dhow is rippled by gentle waves, and in the distance three dhows are moored in the water beneath a cloudless sky. In the far distance trees and a few buildings line a far shore along the horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
