Description
Side view of two dhows moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. In the foreground a small dhow sits in calm wind-rippled water alongside a moored boom. The main sail of the dhow is raised, and a few men stand in the boat alongside the sail. Behind it a tall boom, a large double masted dhow (sailboat) built in Kuwait, sits in the water. A rowboat is tied to the stern of the boom. Above the dhows the sky is cloudless.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
