Description

Close up portrait of an Arab man, a retainer in Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party, in the sands near Al Ain. The man stands looking towards the near left foreground. He wears a woven ghutra (headscarf) and a khanjar (dagger) on a belt over his thobe (shirt) (only the handle of which is visible).

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
