View of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party trekking through the region of Kidan plains (Suhul al Kidan) or Al Batin sands in the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali). Four of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions lead their camels in a caravan towards the top of a softly sloping dune.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
