View of Wilfred Thesiger's party resting under a tree west of the Hamrat ad Duru region. In the foreground one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin travelling companions stands beside a tall tree growing on a rocky flat. A number of camels crowd together in the shade of the tree. Left of the tree another four members of the party arrive on their camels. In the distance beyond two low hills sit on the left and a few trees grow on the vast plain.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
