Description
Seated portrait of two boys from one of the Shahra tribes in the Jabal Qara mountains. Two boys kneel side by side facing forward with their heads turned to the right. The boy sitting on the left has a completely shaved head, while the boy on the right has had his hair shaved only on the sides of his head, leaving a strip of curly hair in the middle. This haircut is a sign that the boy on the right has not yet been circumcised.
