Description
View of a desiccated bush growing out of a silt deposit in the Wadi Umm al Hayt. The silt deposit is the result of a flood in the Wadi Umm al Hayt thirty to sixty years ago. Despite a twenty-five year drought, desiccated plants are still growing in the wadi. A rifle hangs on the bush from a low branch. In the left background baggage lies in the sand.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
