Description
View of dune chains in the Al Dhafra sands between Dhibi well and Al Batin sands in the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali). In the foreground the slope of a dune ends in a deep sand trough bare of vegetation. In the background the dune continues into the distance, and in the far distance on the right low chains of parallel dunes stretch into the horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
