Description
Three-quarter length portrait of a tribesman of the Awazim or Ajman Bedouin at a well in the region between Kuwait City and Al Qatif on the Persian Coast. In the foreground one tribesman stands leaning on a cane. A few donkeys stand behind him, and further beyond Bedouin tend to a large flock of sheep. In the far background is a herd of camels.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
