Description
View of sand fences along a large sand dune in Liwa oasis. In the right foreground a large bush grows in a hollow on the side of the dune. In the central foreground two sand fences stretch along the top of the dune. In the far distance scattered salt bushes grow on a salt flat (sabkha) bordered by a further ridge of high, wind-rippled dunes.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
