View of one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions standing on a sand dune in Al Khatam sands. In the foreground large clumps of qassis (sedge) grow on the steep slope of a high dune. Further behind on the left one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions stands on a clump of qassis. He is looking into the far right distance where thick scatters of vegetation grow among the dunes.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
