Description
Side view of dhows moored along the shore of Bahrain Island. A small dhow is moored alongside a boom, a type of large double masted dhow (sailboat) built in Kuwait. Many men stand in the small dhow, which has a rowboat tied along behind it. The boom has a large cloth canopy covering its middle deck. In the distance on the right another boom is moored in the flat, wind-rippled water.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
