View of Wilfred Thesiger's party at a well in the plains below Hamrat ad Duru, during the party's journey from Masruq well to Al Hubi village. In the left foreground one of Wilfred Thesiger's Bedouin companions is fixing the saddle on his couched camel. Further behind a man walks towards another man leading heavily loaded camel. The ground around them is dry and strewn with rocks and small pebbles. In the far distance beyond scattered vegetation grows across a vast flat plain stretching out to the far horizon.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
