Description
View of a large sand dune in the Ramlat ar Rabbad sands. In the near distance a Bedouin man, a member of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling party, rests at the bottom of a large dune next to his camel. The dune rises to a high crest on the right, and is dotted with clumps of vegetation. Two small trees grow below the dune.

Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
